He obtained the approval of the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency on November 4, 2004, as provided under Article 13 of the former Investment Trust Law.
(Note2) In preparation for the event that the number of executive directors is less than that stipulated in laws and regulations, Yoshiaki Shiraki was elected as alternate executive director at the general unitholders' meeting held on November 6, 2009. Yoshiaki Shiraki is a director of Hankyu REIT Asset Management, Inc., an asset management firm, and obtained the approval of the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency on November 1, 2006 to hold concurrent posts as provided under Article 13 of the former Investment Trust Law.
